One of the West Java Social Service facilities that officially provides training to adolescents with social welfare problems (PMKS) is the Panti Pemberdayaan Sosial Bina Remaja (PPSBR) located in Lembang. The PPSBR Lembang program targets adolescents aged 17 to 21 who are unmarried, experiencing problems of neglect, living in poor families, and dropping out of school. The teenagers are given skills training and character building for six months. They can choose several skills based on their interests and talents, such as sewing, barista, barbershop, motor mechanic, massage, and catering. After the training at the orphanage, they face problems when starting a business. Previous experience shows that many PPSBR alumni fail to build a business and choose to return to the streets. Therefore, to improve the skills they have already mastered, business management training is needed. This training was provided over four sessions. This training helped them understand business strategy and planning by dividing it into 9 blocks of Business Model Canvas (BMC) elements, understand the production process, know how to calculate Cost of Goods Produced (HPP), and understand the importance of quality, both raw materials, production processes, finished goods, and service quality.
